My grandkids were visiting from NY. They were thrilled to get their "animals" to remember their trip to Springfield. I was taken back by how expensive it was!

The gal who did the filling misunderstood my daughter, who wanted the sound in the belly and not the paw. While waiting to check out, I told my child I would open it up and fix it at home. Traci overheard and offered to fix it right then for my daughter. She was very kind and understanding, wanting it fixed right, so my child would leave happy! She also explained that if I had done the repair it would void their warranty, so if something isn't quite right, we should always bring it back to have them fix it in store. It was fun and easy, with helpful and friendly staff. I especially appreciated Traci going above and beyond to ensure my kiddo had a fabulous experience!!!
