We had been traveling for 6 hours with our 3 kids and were really looking forward to stay there for the night and we arrived and they were overbooked . We had reserved and pre paid the room 5 months ago. The customer service at the front desk was poor: they did not apologize or empathize (our kids were clearly tired from the car, maybe offer water or something?). They tried to blame it on us first (We had to find the reservation in our emails to show the date) and then the booking site. It took them half an hour to reimburse us and left us with no room for the night and no apology. Homewood suite? Never again.

$199 plus tax for the room. The room was pretty and clean. There was a stong bleach smell when you walk into the battroom. There were some stains on the pillow case and comforter but it was not the worst. All-around the hotel looked fairly new. The complementary breakfast was tour standard hotel food but they notify people that the eggs had pieces of ham in it for those who are kosher/halal.

Negative: Our room did not have any USB charging ports, which was inconvenient.

Clean Rooms and Hotel. Great Staff. Excellent Location and Riverview. One of the elevators was out of commission. Breakfast was ok.
