ABSOLUTELY do not go here for online returns!!! They are not able to give you your full money back! This is a CLEARANCE store - not a regular retail store — They don’t say this on the website or anywhere!!

I don't write reviews frequently, but this one I really wanted to! What an unexpected feeling towards a clothing store haha. In particular I want to give a shout out to the store manager Amanda, who went above and beyond to help me. I was in a pickle and she really put in the time and effort to rescue me! We got to chat a little and it was so clear that she really cared about how the store was able to serve it's customers. Express, you are lucky to have Amanda!! This is not the closest store to me but I will be coming here now on!

Horrible customer service experience. There were discrepancie in price and sales rep nane GiGi at newpark mall was not ready to honor the correct listed tag price. Manager was available but she was lazy to call her to understand customer issue as clearly she was at fault. I suggest everyone check your price tag before paying.

Well store it’s supposed to open at 11 am mon/sat that will not be the case for this location so far the only store that hasn’t open its 11:30 still waiting to return an item!
