If you are looking for a quality, inexpensive place to bring your family this is it!! Food was very good, service was a bit slow (it was BUSY), ice icream was just what we needed. We fed 3 people, with ice cream, for just under $27. Definitely going back even though we are about 20 miles from there. Yup that good!!

Local favorite. Clam fry, fish fry, fry fry… let’s just say not for the gluten intolerant.

Ice cream is to die for! Soft serve vanilla is the way to go! Food is great but you go more so for the atmosphere of people calling out orders and enjoying summer days! Love coming here with my family for a quick bite to eat or a quick treat!

They usually open when winter let's up and spring begins coming in. I would check their website, if they have one.
They will have schedules out beginning June
Jumpin Jack's was built in 1952 by Jack Brennan. Originally he had just built the Ice cream building which he called "Twin Freeze" because of the two soft ice cream machines that he had purchased.A few short years later after becoming successful with the ice cream business he decided to expand upon that and the original "Charcoal Pit" was added in 1957. Also around the same time Jack had a train ride built and it rode on an oval track than ran along the bridge side of the parking lot. The train was in service until around 1971 when construction began on the new Western Gateway bridge Courtesy of google.....
