Left soap all over my vehicle. Also doesn't dry vehical well leaving water spots. Told attendant and was told it's a vehicle design flaw. Was not very satisfied.

Would not recommend, didn’t clean sides of car, and ripped off front license plate, even after asking attendant if the license plate was going to be okay. They also refused to do anything about it after it was destroyed, not even refund the money. Waste of time and money!!!

I been coming to this car wash for years I always do the so it yourself but for the past year I have noticed machine not adding time after I add more money . today i paid 15 dollars to do what I call a sloppy wash job that should of been 5 dollars didn’t do tires or anything like that . It’s sad cuz now I am not gonna be using this car wash any longer ! It’s gonna be weird not coming back but I can’t let it go on every dollar adds up and don’t think anyone has the money to give it away no matter how little the amount is

I was here today to wash my car. I used the automatic bay, and paid for a deluxe carwash for 12 dollars. I went here because they are inexpensive and do a decent wash Job and they are close by. Anyway, as my car was being washed the car wash just stopped working and shut off. My car has soap on it and everything..I waited a min or two to see if it would start back up and it did not. I called the number to this establishment several times to let them know their car wash was not operating properly and no answer. I've never been trapped in a car wash before and this was scary to me. I did eventually realize there was a emergency release towards the end of the bay..so I was able to actually get out. I then went to the wash where the workers do it for you, and I appreciated how the worker didn't question me about the situation. The wash was fine, but it didn't even dry my car? Super annoying moment. I just think they need to update their equipment..
