WOW. We are new to "quading" but what a fun place. It's decent size but not huge, which it can get crowded on the weekends. You have open dunes or if you want you can go on trails. There are several camping spots with benches and fire pits. You can camp here as long as you have Discover Pass. No water or toilets other than portable toilets. We've been here only 5 times but each time we’ve more and more fun.

Nice little Dune. Kind of a mix between sand and some finer rocks you don't really need paddles but could use them I did when I went there. THE picture from above is an aerial pic of the Dune up on Saddle Mountain

Really great place for kids and adults who don't want to get overly crazy. A little bit of everything hard sand, soft sand, open and some trails. Nice like lake down the road. The only downfall is you best be prepared because the mosquitoes will eat you alive! We went in June and they were beyond horrible.

Aside from the group sharing their blaring music with the campground at midnight and the INSANE amount of wasps (could not have ANY food or drinks outside or there would be at least a 100 swarming around) - it was a great place to ride. The kids had an absolute blast! Hoping the wasp situation was just this time of the year because we'd love to come back.

The area at the beginning is fairly hard, and there are hard pack areas throughout the actual dunes
