I love it here. Beautiful area and i have a great view of lake. Very quiet the neighbors all keep 2 themselves. Vwe got our own personal electric and water and sewer hookups. We pay electric bill. My first month here was end of march. I have propain heat. An Rodger hands me a $98. Electric bill. Nope noway cud that bill.
