They took a visitors drivers license and never returned it. Even after the visitor followed up 3 times. NOT recommended; many other good wineries around the area with excellent customer service and attentiveness much less not taking driver's licenses and never returning it.

Nice place, we were looking for wine tasting and they had suspended it for the season but she did open 2 bottles for us to taste. Weather was not great so did not spend any time outside but looks like it would be beautiful.

I have to say the view from above is wonderful. The one staff person there was pleasant. The wine; I got one of the flights, was sub par. The strange part of my experience was, they ask for your drivers license. Odd, I thought at the time, but handed to the staff. Four days later I was at the airport, no drivers license! Thank goodness I had my passport. I realized that they never returned it to me, yikes! I called the next day and left message on the answering machine, told them they had my license and to call me back. With businesses post pandemic they called me back immediately and apologized that they hadn't returned my license and so sorry for the inconvenience they mailed it the day after I was there! NOPE! I had to call them back one week and a day after I'd been there. The owner immediately got extremely defensive; because it's always better to blame the customer, that it was my responsibility to get my license back. WOW! Automatic FLUNK on the customer service!!! I tried once more to be the reasonable one in this conversation. They stated they hadn't mailed it because 'they didn't come down the hill that often'. Still no drivers license, they either threw it in the garbage or are using it for nefarious reasons. My advice; it's not worth the effort or time! There are other wineries in the area with better wine and service, that appreciate your business!
