Positive: The owners were very nice and very helpful throughout the whole stay anything I need it was taken care of. They went above and beyond normal places I was very happy with the experience Negative: Continental breakfast was not really a breakfast just dry cereal juice and a sticky bun

Very good staff, kind workers and helpful however the rooms smell of mold and pee. I was moved to a fresher room but I guess you get what you pay for. Note walls are paper thin, do not bring kids please.

Positive: Location Negative: Nonexistent continental breakfast,didnt clean our room during stay, outdated,doesn't let you know that you are right next to the correctional facility,keys didn't work on the 3rd day of our stay,tiny bathroom,had bugs,poor job of updating room

Staff was very kind and hospitable but the estate of the motel room was it's downfall. Upon entering the room your nose was immediately assaulted with a very bad smell. Due to Covid they only have house cleaners 2 times a week and it definitely shows. Walls&doors were nasty, pipes sticking out of the carpet, trim missing, shower was grimy and the paint on the floor was bubbling and peeling while trying to take a shower, the shower hardwear was covered in gunk, water to the toilet was shut off and when we turned it on the valve had a very steady leak, there was a dead fly on the ac dispite it being the middle of winter, ac was also very noticeably dirty, WIFI is free but good luck connecting to it(only place it was in the office) and the lot it's self was very poorly plowed and there was ice through out the lot and a thick patch of very slippery ice on the wheelchair accessible ramp presenting a very big fall risk.
