Absolutely unacceptable care. The lack of urgency from every single person in this office is atrocious. My husband and I have called every single day for the last 10 days to make sure we had an updated doctors note for him being out of work and the referral to see a cardiologist. We were told multiple times that Strong had the referral and someone would be calling to schedule his appointment, all to find out that someone at this office never got the referral over where it needed to be. We are over a week behind, with no answers. I have explained to everyone I have spoken to there, that my husband cannot drive until he sees a cardiologist and figures out what's going on. Our life is on hold because no one in this office gives a single care in the world. It takes a minimal amount of time to send a fax and they simply cant manage. I predict this office ends up being closed within a year...which is actually a shame because its a nice building but its filled with a group of people who cant uphold basic standards and values of care.
