Every time I call this company to place a system on test I wait on hold for 15-45 min. No other monitoring company makes you wait that long. Everyone else answers their phones within 5 min. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reliable monitoring service

There are a number of different positions within Rapid Response, each with their own preferred experience, but any degree is helpful. If there is a specific department or role you are interested in, I would recommend inquiring or applying. They also have thorough training programs.
