This is regarding a repair to our WOLF range which was previously authorized and covered by WOLF/SubZero Company.... Scheduling County Wide to make the repair took multiple phone calls. The receptionist claimed to not know anything about Wolf contacting County Wide (which Wolf customer service verified to us by phone and email). Upon finally procuring a service date, Steve (owner?) arrived at our door with parts in hand. His manner was unprofessional (dismissive, ignoring, accusatory). For someone who is NOT having to make good a costly repair himself, he was highly opinionated and admonished me for having not followed the correct protocol regarding cleaning maintenance (having read the previous reviews before writing this, there seems a common theme). He overstayed the time necessary to complete the repair and continued his litany on unrelated topics before taking the cue to leave. My advice: Service means just that. Seek other resources unless you want to be verbally abused by someone being paid to do their job.

Used County Wide because I needed my oven fixed. They quoted me parts and ordered them and we set up a service appointment. The morning of the appointment they called to say they misquoted the parts and needed to order an additional one and would not be able to service my oven as scheduled. I’d look somewhere else for appliance services. Update: My oven doesn't work after paying $700 to county wide

made an appointment... waited over a week (which was fine as i understand the current employee situation within companies)... then got told the day the repairs were supposed to be made that they dont work on the specific unit i have. doesn't make a whole lot of sense to ask for make/model and serial number at the time of the appointment if you're not going to verify whether or not you work on the unit?

Scheduled me right away, they are a Warranty Service Center for Samsung. My new dishwasher had issues and we could not figure out why. Technician was very knowledgeable, told us the issue, which seemed surprising at first, but we made the change he suggested and have not had any problem. Not sure what the other reviews are all about, but we are very satisfied with the entire experience.

They do deliver
Yes they sell Both used and new. Refrigerators,Washer/Dryers stoves, and all other appliances. Great people that service what they sell.
Frank, this is a consumer driven question page and not a direct link to the business. Nevertheless, I don't think this is something County Wide sells. It is an appliance repair business. Seach for appliance parts stores. There Are a few around Syracuse.
Deborah, this is not a link directly to the business. Rather it is a guide supported by consumers. I don't think County Wide buys used appliances, especially ones that are broken. But give him a call anyways. They probably can fix it and you don't have to bring it to the shop. They will come to your house. There's a $75 service charge to come to the house plus the cost for any repairs. If they have to order the parts and have to come back, they don't charge you a second service call charge.
Yes. There is an orifice kit
They can schedule late afternoon appointments. I have scheduled such appointments for myself.
