This particular Carters is great, but the overall company is a terror to deal with. Shipping is constantly moved. Everything I've ordered has delivered way past when I was told it'd be delivered. Way past when I needed it!

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
