Their day time staff is great! Alex is the best. However, I just went there at 9:48pm and the hours on the door clearly state they close at 10:00pm. Doors locked and the cashier was mopping up. I get closing a couple of minutes early but I had time to drive to another place get what I needed and leave before 10pm that's kinda ridiculous. Addition... Has happened at least ten more times since my first review. The only reason I even try to stop there this late is because I live less than a mile from the store. Otherwise I wouldn't go there past 7pm

The laundry mat was discusting, extremely dirty, my shoes stuck to the floor when I walked in. Washers were dirty inside and out. Filthy is putting it mildly. I left and went elsewhere...
