Unfortunately ownership has decided to take advantage of the customer by charging them an additional 4% for using a credit card. This is not simply covering the cost of using a card. It's time to push back. Cards that are pushing so hard for you to use cash, need to be investigated. Ive contacted NYS Dept of Taxation, as well as the the IRS. Ask for a cash receipt. Many restaurants take cash and hide the income. People who do this deserve to be punished. Restaurants who charge you to use a credit card are despicable and do not deserve your business. Do not go to Craft. They simply are wrong.

Second time in a two month span I tried to dine in with my daughter and even though they weren’t packed was told they were too full and did I have a reservation their was one able that said reserved on it! And at least 4 empty tables and two outside! I will not try to patronize this establishment again! We ended up at stone fox last this time ! This time we ventured to Los amigos!

Excellent craft beer selection. The milkshakes are unique. This place is known for their sliders, which never disappoint. A Downtown Binghamton treasure.
