I stayed at home the whole day just waiting for an important document because it was delayed twice due to “ no one is there to sign” .. well how I will know if I didn’t receive a call or message or even a knock on the door !!! Should I sit on the front door of the building for the entire day !!

The FedEx people helped me online, but I am not happy with the results. They told me that my package never moved from this location in New York in 3 weeks, and they said we might as well put in a lost package claim. I assured them I knew my package wasn’t lost. A package that is over 48 inches does not get lost; it gets stolen. They did not answer my concern directly and only said they are very sorry for the inconvenience. I hope that there are cameras all around that place and inside the vehicles to ensure that delivery handlers do not steal peoples packages. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I ordered it Dec. 3 and no updates for almost a month. Extremely poor service from this location!

After waiting a horrific amount of time for a package, I was so, so thankful to be able to just pick it up 4 days ahead of when it was now saying delivery would be. Thank goodness!! Considering it would have been sitting at the facility another 3 days and not being delivered for only god knows what reason. Thanks!
