They still go into your room even if you have put up your privacy sign. I left a few hrs and returned to see I didn't remove my privacy sign, but notice they had been in my room. Didn't do anything, but removed one trash bin. Not the other. They also remade my towels, but not my bed. Unprofessional.

The manager was very insulting. Someone had smoked in the hallway. I then received a phone call stating that our room was the culprit. I went straight to the desk and said they can inspect our room. Some of the people I was staying with smoked but they went outside. While outside the manager confronted us again. Very RUDE. I will not refere this place to anyone. The breakfast was not good at all. Cold eggs and sausage kept in the same old hot water bath from the previous day. Pool was dirty and hot tub was broken. Bad people skills

If I was going back to Wisconsin. I would stay at this hotel 10 times out of 10. Very inexpensive. Very clean. Beds are awesome. And there's actually two different pools. I would stay here over the Radisson Jefferson Street Inn any day!

Great value, very clean, pleasant staff. Recently updated. Great bed and pillows. I'd gladly stay again and will recommend to my friends for a simple comfortable stay.
