Sub par experience tonight. We arrived about 550pm and placed our order not long after. Our food didn't arrive for over 50 minutes. 2 things could have happened.. 1) Our waiter may have forgotten to put our order in because those ordering after us received food before us (us being a party of 4, each an entrée and chips and queso for the table so nothing big) Or 2) They were receiving too many Togo orders to take care of the people dining inside. There were so many, it was nuts. Good for them, but take care of the people in the restaurant too, right? Our waiter had that clever sense to avoid looking in our direction so that we couldn't ask what was going on and once I finally got his attention and pointed out that it had been an hour since we ordered, he argued saying it couldn't have been.. okay buddy, 50 minutes, now please get our food. The food sure wasn't piping hot like it was just made and our queso dip got cold waiting for more chips to come. Ginormous bowl of dip, a small tray of chips for 4 people? Naww.. I appreciate that this is a local establishment and all, but also the nickle and diming charges were pretty sad too. Plus, you know you or your kitchen messed up, why not a discount or a free anything? It is unlikely I will return. It just wasn't worth it. Food is good, just not worth the trouble.
