The older guy with glasses (Jim I believe) was absolutely berating his high school age coworker and another customer while I was there today getting something printed. What a miserable, rude, nasty person. Horrible service and I felt terrible for the kid who worked with him. Clearly there are a ton of reviews about this guy and the owners do not care. Bizarre business practice, won’t be going back.

Not the friendliest bunch of individuals that work there. Assuming by their attitudes, they must be the owners. Use the Victor, NY location by Eastview Mall. People there are friendlier and appreciative of your business.

The employee behind the counter, an older guy, was rude and not helpful at all. I was returning 2 rugs to Amazon and wasn’t sure how it was done. He was humiliating. You have to wrap the 2 rugs together because I only had 1 return label. No help at all. We are older people and this makes them twice as heavy. This guy is not an asset to UPS

I use Neal’s UPS store weekly for all our non-profit/volunteer projects. Neal is always great to work with and Jim is fantastic too. Their staff are college or older high school kids typically, learning from the best. Stop by!
