We love eating here, and order lunch to-go atleast once a week. My only grievance is that they’ve had their phone on the auto answering machine that says they’re too busy to take phone orders for like the last 6 months.

It used to be age 16, my sister worked there years ago from age 16-18. I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed, but I would just call and ask.
