Weird rude people, slips are all far too shallow and boats are stuck. Place is run down and needs to be sold to someone who can do the work to make it nice, it's a great location but it's just been let go.

Mayer's Marina is an old school marina. No frills or fancy. You can safely keep your boat there a reasonable price point. They are located at the gate to lake Ontario. Get your gas, use a unisex restroom and grab a soft drink. There is no wifi, no shore electric but you are not paying for that - so that is ok. The real treasure of Mayer's is the cultural knowledge of boating that lies within its doors. I recently pulled my boat out and I was by myself and two of the marina workers stopped what they were doing and helped me get m y boat on the trailer. Not the first time they have jumped to help someone. A great place for you to get into boating.

We are open until November 1, after which we keep irregular hours or by appointment. All dock customers’ boats must be out of the water by Nov. 1.
A slip for the season would be $55/ft. However, we have water in our parking lot due to flooding from IJC Plan 2014. You would need to wear waterproof shoes to walk to the dock. Thanks for writing!
