We - well, our pets - have been North Heights patients for over 20 years. The practice was recommended to us by neighbors when we were new to town, and I do not hesitate to recommend them to others. We have had some animals that were more frequent visitors, so we know this practice well. The vets, techs, front desk and animal care staff are kind, caring, explain well, and do whatever it takes to give our pets the very best care.

I was very impressed with the services my 2 dogs received from the minute Kristin came out to the truck for are appointment. The Ladies at the deck where very polite , since Covid we couldn't come into the office . When Kristin took us into the room we only waited about 5 minutes and then Dr. Michael Krueger did the best exam anyone has given my dogs. I've been bringing my dogs here for 20 years and have always had great experiences even when the situation isn't so great. They are very knowledgeable and customer service has always been exceptional. All these years later Dr Bruce Byon and Dr Lynn McDermott are still there helping all the animals they can and they have been awesome. The staff has grown considerably since I started going there. Dr Lauren Destiche is currently helping us through a very difficult and atypical infection I've never heard of before, it was resistant to the usual antibiotics but she handled the situation great and got us on the track to healing. She is showing all of the awesomeness that North Heights has been known for.
