I used to work at this store. Management has gone downhill, as have a lot of the employees. There are still a few good ones that we know and love, and that's part of why we still go here. We also like the selection, especially the allergen free stuff. I not only had a bad experience as an employee who had come back after four years in 2020, but I have had a bad experience as a guest now. First of all, the people shopping at Festival are some of the rudest I have ever met. Most employees refuse to interact with you, which is not what Festival has stood for and teaches. Some food we have gotten is moldy or expired. Some managers do not deserve the positions they are in and are mean to employees. We had an experience today where this poor cashier was snapped at after asking how to do a PLU code. We talked to him a little, and he's only been working for two days--on Father's Day weekend. There was no reason for the CSR to act like this, and it's obviously why there is so much turnover. If you gave the employees some better training like I had way back, maybe they would feel valued and stay. While I know whoever views this from the store probably won't like what I have to say as they know who I am, I hope someone at Festival or at least someone looking at the reviews will see this and keep it in mind. Update on 6/28/2022: I did send Festival an email in reply to their comment on my review. They stated that they did not need anything further. I sent an email back, inquiring why they wouldn't need an email back, and I never received a response. It saddens me that Festival as a company just wants to sweep everything under the rug like this store. I had hope that they would try to fix the problem to make a better experience for employees and guests. They've replied to other reviews since my emails. I can’t wait until the new Festival opens in Kimberly so that we can at least have a somewhat better experience and hopefully better management. Festival was my first job back in 2015, and it has gone waaaay downhill.

This has been our go to store for the past 10 years. To me Festival does a great job keeping a clean store, friendly staff, fresh produce, a solid organic/natural aisle, and quick checkouts. Sometimes their prices are a tad higher on some organic items than other stores, but I'll pay that given the shopping experience is never a bad one.

I don't know if anyone else has been having bad experiences from the deli dept, but 2 weeks ago, my housekeeper went to the store and bought sliced deli ham. I went to use it the next day and it was grey around the edges and was slimy. I called the store and was told to return it for a refund. I am disabled and don't drive hardly ever. I can't just run it back to the store. Then yesterday she bought cut up carrots and I opened them today and they are slimy!! I can't afford to be buying spoiled food n just throw it away because I can't run it back to the store for refunds!! Gas n groceries cost too much to be wasting money. Is it the stores practice to be selling spoiled food?? Are they mixing expired groceries with the fresh ones now?? I don't know what's happening with them, but I'm not a happy customer!!

We bought snacks for movie night, the bags of mixed popcorn and puffed caramel corn were so good! Had a good selection of items, was well stocked, and cleanWow, we're so happy to hear that, Tiesha Wilber! Thank you for your review. We appreciate you shopping with us!

Yes
Honestly not sure
We just wear masks
Yes they do
No. They do have curbside pickup. You could also use a third party like instacart that would deliver to your home.
I know that they have a lot of different selections of sun belt products. If they don't have it ask for it and they will get it
No they don't. They have lamb chops and pieces of lamb. Just no leg
It is a seasonal item
I don't even know what that is
They do! They have a few varieties in the natural foods section. They have them in sliced and shredded forms.
I usally heat them until the meat is just brown, I don't like seeing the red meat. Do not heat them long or they will splinter in dogs stomach. They need to be nearly raw. I am not a Dr. This is just what I do. You should call your vet and ask them. They usally will answer questions free if charge,
