It lost a bit of it's soul when the gem shop closed. That's the only thing I can think of.
Last time i checked there wasnt a public one but multiple businesses have a time warner cable or spectrum midem that you can jump on if you're a twc customer. Their ssids are cablewifi or twcwifi or something similar. They have no password but they'll ask you to log in with you tine warner account.
They are only allowed in the city center if they are a certified service animal
