Had a great experience with on-site manager Pablo. Pablo was extremely personable and informative - he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well informed of all our options. I really appreciated his attention to details of the makes of the mattresses and thorough explanations. Metro Mattress also has some wonderful policies to ensure you’re happy with your purchase even after you’ve made it. I am happy to note also that all staff on site made this an LGBTQ friendly place to be and shop. We got more than we expected to and we couldn’t have been any happier with this experience!
