This is certainly a serviceable hotel. It was clean and had no noise issues or anything along those lines. Would definitely recommend again. Had a nice location to it off the main street. Easy access to downtown and restaurants and other things.

We booked a night for March 12. We modified the reservation on my account to March 26-28. We still got charged for a no show. We called every day for 3 days asking for manager help and no response. We called customer service and they said we should be able to cancel the reservation if the hotel agrees. And she refuses to agree. She lied to my husband stating she already talked to me which she never did. Her name is Kelly. We filed a formal complaint with customer service. She has nothing but rude and inconsiderate to us. We tried to do everything right to cancel and modify with enough time. It was not our fault with the error in billing. She refused to reason with us and help us.

The staff was very friendly at check in. They actually called our room later that night and let us know we left the interior light on in our car. That was very thoughtful because we would have woken up to a dead battery that next day if they hadn't called our room. My husband and I booked a double bed room. One of the beds had black dog hair covering the sheets. Thankfully there was another bed in the room that was free from dog hair. The free breakfast was limited with drinks, fruit cups, and muffins. There was a toaster and microwave for.????? I am a huge breakfast person, so this was very disappointing.
