Building is mostly LECOM students and residents. It's a very comfortable place to live and is in close proximity to the school and Arnot Health. It feels very safe and Jamal, our building supervisor, is very responsive and helps fix any issues you may have. Area around is getting a lot nicer too. Recommend for new students and residents coming to the area!

Finding a safe, new, and beautiful apartment in Elmira and surrounding areas has been a difficult task, especially because I am out-of-state. Fortunately, Kevin Tremaine, the property manager, has gone above and beyond in helping me secure an apartment. Not only did he do his best to accommodate my requested move-in date with short notice, he gladly showed me open units, recommended places to go and things to do in the area, and advised me on life in Elmira. The units are clean and tidy. There are many security cameras on the premise making it a safe option. Additionally, there is a covered parking garage for residents which was important to me. Kevin is a huge asset to 100 W Water apartments and I am very pleased with this apartment complex.
