On a cross country ride, derailleur cable snapped 13 miles west of this shop. They fit my bike into their work schedule, did a couple of extra adjustments to improve bike performance, were super helpful, pleasant, kind knowledgeable and professional and quickly had me back on the road. Yes they do. My wife and I bought one each and they are the best sports equipment purchase we have ever made. E-bikes make cycling around this area fun. Hills become nothing to ride up. I even have started riding mine to work because when you have e-assist on it makes riding easy and fast.
