Fantastic place to work, supervisors are attentive, friendly and helpful. Pay is more than fair. Some mismanagement in higher levels, things take quite a while to fix (ie. fans in stations, as factory get upwards of 100 degrees)

My boyfriend works there and has gotten hurt on the job on multiple occasions and they have done nothing about it and did nothing to ensure his safety. Today he got injured on his neck an injury where if it had gone any other way my boyfriend would no longer be with us. Upon talking to my boyfriend about the situation further he informed me that there WAS NOT A SINGLE SUPERVISOR IN SIGHT! Overall just not a safe environment and completely unprofessional. How are you going to let your employees manage heavy equipment with no supervision it’s simply sickening and unsafe.

They fired my husband after telling him 2 days prior that he was doing wonderful, there were no issues, and that they were so glad he was a part of their team. Completely blindsided him and gave little to no reason for firing. In the weeks leading up to this, they were very inconsistent in how they treated him versus other workers. Unknown people, tattling to higher-ups about things that were simply not true. No matter what proof he gave for these accusations being false, they didn’t care. The standards seemed to be different for him, a tall Hispanic man, compared to the majority Caucasian team members. You can’t help but feel a type of way. Just be careful with this company.
