I have been seen in this facility several times now, and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone was kind and professional. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. The physicians and nurses are very thorough, taking the time to explain medication, side effects, etc. I highly recommend this office.

Need to quit treating everything as a covid issue. Allergies are alive and well but seem to be beneath their level of treatment.

I took my 14 year old daughter to be seen there this past week. After they said she had to be tested for COVID and the flu (for what I thought was actually the stomach bug) they called me back waiting in my car and told me she tested positive for COVID! I lost it!! Then the they told me they apologise, she tested positive for the flu, not COVID! WOW!!! Then I had my second heart attack. I looked at her paperwork when I got home to see a section that says Relevant Clinical Daya: Pregnant or Probably Pregnant: YES WHAT?!?! I couldn’t have dialed urgent cares number fast enough! They explained to me that when doing the paperwork they were probably going to fast and put “Yes” instead of “No”. Ask me for her name and DOB, told me that must have been the case because they didn’t even do a pregnancy test on her. 2 heart attacks for one mom for a 14 year old! One patient! I’ve never had a problem with this facility before. I know people get overwhelmed, I certainly have working in a medical facility myself. Please slow down. Get your bearings.
