The guy who answers the phone at the pharmacy is always SO NICE. Sometimes the process can be confusing as far as keeping track of when refills come in, and he bends over backwards to accommodate me. I know my requests are probably a bit annoying to him, but you'd never know it. I've had a great experience with this pharmacy.
