Nurse Jayda was amazing. Hands down the best nurse I’ve had in a very long time. She’s very personable, her bed side manner is remarkable and her attitude is so uplifting. I would return just to have her as a nurse.

This urgent care use to be quick and efficient however the people that work there now are very rude. First off their signs on the window says they open 7 days a week 7am - 11pm. Since I am unable to get a quick appointment with my primary doctor I figured I would visit wellnow since my last couple visits was really great with them and they were easier to see than my primary. My whole point of this review is that I left work early to visit wellnow since I’ve been sick for a week and is only getting worse with cold flu like symptoms. I got there at 730pm and the lady at the reception desk was so rude even after explaining how sick I was and how out the way I came to this urgent care and my primary not having any appointments she flat out said no we can’t take any walk ins due to them closing at 8pm!! How do you advertise on your windows you close at 11pm???! More over I asked if she can ask the doctor for an exception because they had no patients in there. There was no cars in the parking lot and it was only 30 mins to their closing time of 8pm which I must stress the fact that their windows say 7am - 11pm. She flat out told me no! She didn’t even try to ask the doctor like I begged her too. These ladies at the front have no compassion for sick people or at least she didn’t. They are only working for a check and literally the moment it’s time for them to leave oh they’re making sure that they leave on time and not spend a minute more to see one extra patient even with their ADVERTISEMENT ON THE WINDOW SAYS 7AM - 11PM even if it meant turning loyal sick patients away. I use to always recommend them but after the attitude and service I was not given I will not be recommending my friends and family to go there anymore. It doesn’t make sense to go to the ER for cold flu like symptoms and wait hours and hours when the time and space should be available for life threatening situations. & please don’t tell me what online says because people who drive by your facility sees that big sign on your window that say 7am-11pm and that’s what they’ll remember when needing to visit an urgent care. In urgent matters people don’t really google hours of operations for an urgent care if y’all conveniently already have 7am-11pm posted on your window. At least not patients who have been going to you guys. It’s a great way for advertising but very poorly done and misleading. What’s the point of having your doors open if your going to stop taking people from 730?? Your sign should say 7am-730pm if that’s the case !
