First time here. I had a Reuben sandwich was ok. Not one of the best sandwiches I've had Arby's Reuben sandwich and that was so much better. My husband had a burger and just was not seasoned very well. We also ordered a rootbeer and they don't offer free refills charging $2 a glass. Oh and no server to greet you or take order. And if you do want another drink you have to get up and go to the bar. Worst customer service ever. Chips over salted also. Probably won't stop here again.

I don’t make it to the area very frequently, but when I do, I stop at Big Heart and get the pork nachos. Sorry for the half eaten nachos photo. Get them. I haven’t tried the brisket nachos but that’s next.

The brisket nachos were excellent as usual. Disappointed that we walk in aren't greeted you order from your table and you tip 20% for service and the only time you see a waitress is for them to bring your food out. Nobody asked if we were doing okay and all the waitresses were just talking at the bar. And then we left without anyone saying anything like a simple goodbye or thanks for coming. Overall good food other than the portion size but undesirable service.

If you are from out of town this place is a place you must visit. I had the brisket cheesesteak it was awesome! Highly recommend. The beers were very tasty too and reasonably priced. Nice outside patio seating too. I didn’t try the wines but they make their own.

Not too my knowledge
All beers should be served between 38-55° F per the National Brewers Association. Typically a room temperature beer will be brought down to around 40 degrees when poured into a frosted mug. Personally I enjoy my beer between 38 and 42 degrees, I'm asking this question because when I order hot food and the temperature outside in August is hot as well I like a cold drink to pair with my food. Even if I was just drinking beer and it was hot outside I'd like to be in that just under 40 degree range. I had a beer that was closer to 60 degrees in my last visit to BHB, which I still rated a 5 star visit. The beer was what I would consider warm. Perhaps having an option for cold beer would be something to consider? I know I'd be buying a lot more of it, and it's within the range for the National Brewers Association. I love a cold beer and can taste it just fine, but as much as I love a cold beer I really hate warm beer. Thanks for your consideration.
