If you're looking to have a trailer hitch installed, avoid having to deal with their employees and just configure it online on U-Haul's website. Their employees were uncommunicative and unknowledgeable. The invoice "accidentally" had the labor doubled, which I had to point out after the invoice was about $100 over the online quote.

Hit with $50 in fees due to unfair practices. Got truck at 3/4 tank, returned at 3/4 tank, they billed me $30 as it was "just over" 3/4 and just under 3/4 when rented. If not full when you rent they will charge you $30. I asked mpg, they said 12. I put back 6.5 gallons, more than if 12mpg. If you return after 5pm on Sunday, also $20 fee, even if its within your rental window. Beware of the scams

Hi. We charge, currently, $2.80 per gallon. 20lb grill tanks usually cost about $12-$15 to fill depending on how much the tank takes durring filling.
