Ordered 3 dozen roses for my mother’s 75th birthday and the only request was to deliver in the morning as she is elderly and lives alone. It’s 3:21 PM and they don’t even know when they will be delivered. Disappointed to say the least

I will come back and change the review if I find out the flower spray was worth the $$$ I spent. I called to order flowers for my great uncle that just passed. He was a 99 yr old WWII veteran. I was transferred over to a sales person. She gets on the phone and straight away ask who it was going to. I wanted to speak about the flowers first. So I tell her who and then she ask what I wanted. I told her I was interested in a patriotic spray. She says ok. I had to ask her the prices. She said they ranged from 135 and up to 300's. Okay, not exactly helpful. So she asked how much I wanted to spend. That was a new one. I tell her to not go over a certain amount. For the record it was a decent amount for 1 arrangement but I wanted it to be grand since I couldn't be there to pay my respects. She said okay. I had to ask about the banner. He was my great but my grandsons 3 rd great uncle. I wanted that represented. Go on to the card. Guess it was to be short and sweet. Asked for payment info. I had to ask her how big my arrangement would be and what the cost was. Also what was going on the banner. She said great uncle.....that doing more then that would look like too much. She just said it will be a good size. And that the flowers would be x amount because of the taxes and delivery. I have never in my life paid a delivery to a local florist in the town I ordered them. So I have no break down of what I spent until I see I was charged all but 25 cents of what I told her to not go over. 34.75 it seems for taxes and delivery. The funeral home was in the sam town. 2.3 miles I then asked since I couldn't be there if they could text me or email a picture. She said yes... that sometimes they get busy but yes. I have no picture, no receipt for a large transaction. It isn't like I am going to ask my cousin for a picture of her grampas flowers. So far I am disappointed in the florist. I am waiting to see if I can play the eye spy in any pictures the family has. I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere!! This was not suppose to post under my mothers account. I am Mrs Adams

Yes I went there today to order some Valentine Day for hours and chocolate I should say fudge no pic yet cuz you're not going to be delivered till Valentine's Day if I can post one then I will thank you
