Brought my truck in for photo inspection. I've done it before with no appointment. Magically now they want one. We're very rude and unhelpful. I went to get some paperwork, and when I returned the guy disappeared. I was the only customer in the store and everyone else ignored me. Horrible business. And Horrible employees. Don't go to this business.

I called the day before about getting a photo inspection for my car insurance, and was told no appointment was needed. The next day I drove 40 minutes to get there and was told by the woman at the counter that she just didn't have the time so I'd have to make an appointment for sometime the next week, which didn't really work for me as I didn't have another day off for several more weeks and the inspection was due before then. I was so surprised by how unpleasant she was that I never even thought to question why I was told the day before that I didn't need an appointment. I don't really like confrontation and based on her colleague's lack of reaction to her rudeness, she probably has much more practice being unpleasant than me, so I felt it best not to argue and ended up driving an additional hour to a different location in to have the 10 minute inspection completed. I'm assuming they don't make much money off the insurance inspections because she was so eager to get me out of their shop that she never gave me the chance to mention I also desperately needed to purchase new tires that day. I also am assuming that Steve Shannon Tire is doing so well that they don't need any additional business so I suffered with my old tires a bit longer and today I spent that $875 with another company that actually valued my time as well as my business, and I'd recommend others go elsewhere as well.
