I had a terrible experience with this office. They are incredibly overpriced. I was told by my new vet (I switched) that I was "talked into" giving my dog a vaccine he did not need, and that they also misdiagnosed my dog with an infection he did not have, which I paid hundreds of dollars in treatment for. They are very pushy and will not respect you if you want to get your pet neutered/spayed on any timeline other than the one they suggest. Instead of ASKING whether or not you would like to buy flea/tick meds, expensive laser treatments, etc, they put them on your bill without your consent, and leave you in the awkward position to have to ask for these items to be taken off of your bill if you are not interested. When I switched to a new veterinarian (Lakeshore Animal Hospital) it was a relief to finally have a veterinarian that did not rush me, explained things to me, was not condescending towards me, and most of all did not charge me for anything I did not consent to. Please avoid this office if you can.

All they care about is money, I moved to Seneca falls and changed my provider to here. After I left Seneca falls and changed providers they refused to forward my dogs medical records to insurance. Because they aren’t getting my money anymore they refuse to send medical records to the insurance provider when they requested the records for some claims. It’s honestly quite pathetic.

They don't have after hours EM. I had to go to Rochester when my cat had issues on a Sunday.
They do not do payments. However they have reasonable prices
