Second time a was looking to buy a car. This place is WAY TOO PUSHY! As soon as you LOOK at their website a salesperson CALLS YOU unsolicited. NOT COOL! Needless to say I DID NOT purchase a vehicle from them either time. I had a MUCH better buying experience TWICE at BASIL FORD in Cheektowaga. I highly recommend them

This started out as a one star review. Yes it was some time ago but I had a horrible buying experience from here. I won’t go on but I’ll say many balls were dropped. It stemmed from sales all the way to management. I also had a bunch of problems with the vehicle I purchased. I have to say, whatever changes they made greatly exceeded my expectations. Management really cares. I feel crazy saying that nowadays. Very friendly, professional, polite and accommodating. Far from what I experienced in the past here. If you had a bad experience here in the past, give them another shot. It’s night and day from what this place was before. Would definitely go back here again for purchase or service.
