I never have a good experience in here. I am not one to complain, but the staff lacks respect and care for customers. I went in to get a prescription for my mother, and they were incredibly unhelpful, and seemed to care more about their texts/ phones (in the pharmacy) than a customer with a question. I will continue to go to Walgreens in Charlevoix because of this.

Only been in there a few times but the staff was be rude and I have overheard them having inappropriate discussions loud enough for customers to hear.
