Only adding a single star because the office people are kind but if you ever put in a work order, make sure you're available a month from that day(maybe). I've had 3 things go wrong in my apartment, the washer was supposed to be fixed the next day but they gave my replacement to a different unit and waited a week to tell me and I ended up with a dirty one after that. I also put it that my dryer wasn't heating and they kept saying they didn't want to climb a ladder in the rain(I don't blame them) but that was a month ago now and there have been plenty of sunny days since then. Just put in another work order because my toilet isn't flushing now so I don't really expect to see anyone for a week or so. I just find it crazy they can charge so much more than everyone else monthly but without any supporting reasoning as the service seems to be worse. I'll change my rating if this ever gets fixed.

Me and my husband have been living here for a year and moving into another complex building in a few weeks. Only thing I can say negative about the place is when you want to get ahold of someone in the office you are better walking in to the office than calling because they don’t hardly ever answer. But other than that both Barbara and JaNae are very sweet and usually helpful. Oh and maybe parking, parking can be an issue as well if you don’t have an attached garage which we will be getting in a few weeks. 😊
