Beautiful, tranquil, herons and cranes on the water. Campsites are too close for privacy, though I was there in the autumn, so few people. Right next to a railroad track; trains going by throughout the night.

Beautiful park with paved walking trails. Lots of activities including disc golf, several playgrounds, workout area, beach, boat ramp and sand volleyball

Before 4:30 yes. Otherwise easy to find.

I think its just city park
When you enter the lake where the camping spots are, there is a fire index chart. As long as the fire index is low, then yes, campfires are permitted within the fire pits provided.
If you are looking for a specific weekend in which there is an event taking place, I personally, would suggest making reservations because there is no guarantee there will be a spot without one.
As in sleep in your car?
