Had my roof replaced. Had a total tear-off done. Let's just say that the communication was sub-par. They have major systematic issues going on. Once I finally received a date, the "crew" called in sick and couldn't come that day but did come the next day. This crews supervision was a joke. They ruined all of my plants, my neighbors plants, broke my fence, the clean up was a joke. Laughable almost. The flashing and fascia was all bent and the entire project looked terrible. After multiple calls with multiple promises and multiple no-shows to rectify the situation, I was able to finally get this company to make it appear, at least, mediocre. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them. Mike was able to weed through some of the mess others failed to do for me. For his dedication and hard work I will give them a 3 star . Thank you Mike!

After the roof was completed, we notice several spots that look like they will leak and a pipe from the stove no longer connected to the roof vent, which was replaced. I contacted several times, and was quickly responded to. I was told I’d get a call to discuss. No call came. Total was also the most expensive of 3 companies quoted after all was done. I appreciate covering my yard with a fabric, however zero regard to any of my flowers/plants. It wasn’t just dropping pieces of the roof onto it. The workers were walking all over them. I had to ask them to not destroy my rose bush, because they were throwing stuff right on top of it breaking branches of it off. Good points. They were quick to send someone out and start the project after notifying they were hired. Roof was done in a day.

Roof repair was done in two hours and also fixed fascia that had been blown off recently. I would recommend them for any roof problem you may have.
