little rose, the same thing happened to me, went in for oil change and now no car, it ticks and rattles, this is a 2018, I will NEVER go back.
You can go in and do any service that’s due right then and there and you don’t need an appointment they get you in and out
Why in gods name would anyone want to flush a radiator is beyond me. All that does is take the rust that maybe preventing a leak may be damaged and cause a leak. More so on older models than new. I have had vehicles for 160k miles never had an issue with sediment in radiator. I think it's a scam.
