The specific office in Norwich, NY was great! The woman running the front was perfect for the job. I went in mad to exchange my 3rd router in about two years and she was so pleasant I forgot all about how made I was. LOL

The 400 mbs internet was a promotion i got. It runs me 55 bucks. The voice i got for free bc the promotion. I added tv with the gold package. I pay total of 140 a month. I have saved 60 bucks from having everything from spectrum
Unplug the box and plug it back in wait about 20 minutes and it should have rebooted. There was an issue with an update last night. Hope this helps
