Very slow process, a terrible experience, the whole team half washing tractor and trailer I truly would help if they we're trained properly or now at this point needs to be retrained.

By far the worst wash I’ve ever paid for !!!! Even after I explained to them it needs to be done right!!! Blue Beacon is definitely focused on quantity and not quality!!! The last beacon I’ll ever stop at again !! ( plus I waited 3 hrs )
