I have been staying with this location periodically for a few months. I am a nurse that works overnights at the community hospital. I was able to do early check-in up until today. The manager apparently discontinued the option to check in early REGARDLESS of paying an early check-in fee OR availability. Essentially this would require me to pay for 2 nights when I only need the room for 8 hours to sleep. I just think this is taking advantage. It’s unfortunate because otherwise I have had a good experience.

Positive: Clean rooms and convenient location within walking distance of downtown amenities. Negative: The elevator broke after we had used it to take a heavy load of things up to our room. We had to carry it back down the next day. The manager was helpful and apologetic. Overall it was a minor inconvenience.

The front desk was asking me if I "PAID for my room" then assumed I was on social services. Not that there's anything wrong with that, however I am not. So I jokingly remarked "yeah omg I actually have money and paid to stay here". Well after that I had paid two more nights and when renewing my key the front desk woman told me if I was rude to get again she would kick me out. Soooooo long story short no regions and I'm now not allowed to stay there. I have been told to email "Carlos" apparently he's the owner. I can't believe that this place actually kicks people out for speaking. Not even threatening someone. Then just keeps their money!!! The room was gross. But, that's probably because they have a 12year old cleaning the rooms. Terrible place don't bother at all.

Positive: Have stayed there many times. How ever this time. Front desk person was to busy looking at her phone to see and hear me come in. Had to speak up to get her attention. A few times Room was not as clean as normal. Heat was turned off when I got to my room. Negative: Just disappointed.
