It's hard to give this place a decent rating unless you've been there. The building itself needs to be updated as it's looked the same for over 40 years. The outside needs a janitor to clean cigarette butts, food wrappers and food packages off and around the ground. The biggest issue are the people who work here. You may have some who listen to you and some who don't, maybe depending on the circumstance. The biggest issue anyone going here deals with is the speed the workers do things. You may be early for an appointment, but still wait for awhile because your worker is busy with someone, late for appointments, behind in work, or some other reason. The other issue is the department as a whole making sure paperwork is sent or received by certain times. I've seen people wait for things that really shouldn't be an issue, such as cards, id changes and address changes. The wait for them to have everything done is sometimes ridiculous. The best advice is only deal with this place IF you really need to or else you'll deal with these things yourself.

I'm disable with no income and I had a 45 day wait. Now I'm still waiting. All paperwork turned in, caseworker has never returned any calls or emails. Terrible for people who can't work and can't get help.
