I've only had to come here 3 times ever, 2 were for work related tests, never for illness. Waited well over 2 hours If not longer, they wanted online appointments just to be told there is a 3+ hour wait. Constantly short staffed, absolutely the worst place to go, seems to be many employees with very little to no knowledge. I wish there were another option. Do not recommend.

The check in staff was wonderful. I'm legally blind and hard of hearing and they were very patient getting my information. I don't feel a very good job was done at getting vitals. My BP was taken and oxygen level as well, but temperature wasn't. I was asked if I had a fever, sorry not everyone owns a thermometer. I feel I was just rushed out the door with a diagnosis of a viral infection.
