One of the most affordable apartments if you have dogs but doesn't fix anything. We haven't had a working oven since June 2021, they claimed the other day they didn't know but we have records showing they did, plus my husband has been bugging them since then. We're finally moving out after two years, and I'm pretty sure I'll be editing this in a few weeks saying they didn't return my deposit even after cleaning like crazy. All of my neighbors have stories about different ways management has left them high and dry. Will glad to see this place in my rear view mirror.

Absolutely the worst to rent. You can clean before departing but you won’t get your deposit back. Maintenance will enter your apartment without notifying you. And you’ll still have to pay a $500 cleaning fee. Which is weird bc when you move in the place is disgusting.

Worst place to rent from EVER! When I moved in the apartment was filthy. Maintenance has left my door ajar and unlocked multiple times and didn't even fix what they were supposed to when they were in there. Office staff don't care and don't communicate. My water heater went out a week and a half ago and they still have not replaced it. They haven't given a date or time of when it will get fixed. Seriously do not rent here!!!

Never rent from them they never gave my deposit back I spent a day and a half cleaning before I left , always had issue with bugs and maintence water would come down from bathroom window even though I was at bottom level

Ya I'm tired of coming in and almost being hut by someone coming out a clear one way the parking stalls line should be enough to say hey u can't drive this way but sadly people are to damn ignorant and the speeding my kid has almost got hit people pulling in and flooring it to the back. Shoot I'll be the apt manager if nobody has enough common sense on what's good or bad or what's needed at the apt. Complex
When I moved out it was clearly a lot cleaner than when I moved in. Cassie approved of it and said her corporate office would send the check that she was unable to do so. But do you think I ever got it? No. Do you think she will take my call? No. She is rude and very unwilling to be any help when you leave.
