Poor customer service, we have spend two hours shopping for product at LV market only to be told that the terms we were given do not exist. Your sales people give misleading information as far as the terms and shipping. Thank you but we will skip your showroom next year.

The team at The Gerson Company is nothing short of professional and stellar. We’ve been using one of the artificial Christmas trees for the past 5 years or so and I can’t believe we didn’t switch to artificial before then. Everyone’s got a great sense of humor there as well.
